Emotion and Language Alignment

The words emotive and emotional share similarities but are not interchangeable.

Emotive is used to mean ‘arousing intense feeling,’ while emotional tends to mean ‘characterized by intense feeling.’

Thus an emotive issue is one likely to arouse people's passions,

while an emotional response is one that is itself full of passion.

Non-verbal behaviour: support or betrayal 

It may come as a surprise but body language may contradict or even negate what we say.  Trying to disguise our true feelings or intentions we might overlook the tell-tale non-verbal signs which speak volumes about our personality. Non-verbal communication serves a window to our innermost world resquing us from the secretive solitary lifestyle or exposing all the possible failings of the humanity to public.
